Lancaster Activities Directors Association

Founded in 1980, the Lancaster Activities Directors Association (LADA) exists to empower and support activity professionals across Lancaster County. Through collaboration, education, and idea-sharing, our members enhance the quality of life for the seniors they serve. Today, LADA proudly includes 168 members from 48 retirement communities, making us one of the largest and most active organizations of our kind in Pennsylvania.
