The Lancaster Activities Directors Association was established in 1980 to support the Activities professional in Lancaster County by networking and educating. The group shares ideas for programming and quality of life for the residents they serve. Today, the organization has 168 members representing 48 retirement communities and is one of the largest in Pennsylvania.

GROW

Our purpose is to enhance the lives of elders by supporting the people who work with the senior population, as activity professionals or in a similar capacity, in Lancaster County and  the surrounding area.

We offer events for Members and prospective Members.  These events are designed for educational purposes, as well as a networking opportunity.
